about us Footlights Agency was founded in 2007. The agency is based in Manchester and West Yorkshire. We represent children and young adults for TV, film, theatre, corporate acting and presenting; we also book children and young adults for photographic, catwalk and commercial modelling and promotions.
| Gemma Hepworth managing director Gemma is the managing director of Footlights Agency and continues to work as an actor and a model. Academically, Gemma has a BA Hons Drama with Education and has a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education; specialising in Drama teaching. Gemma's performance credits show numerous TV programmes, films, theatre-in-education productions and commercials. Recent work includes: a feature film (due out this year), a DFS commercial, various modelling and acting for Channel M in Manchester, and corporate TV & radio presenting work.
| Jo Fisher artistic director
Jo is the artistic director of Footlights Theatre School & Academy with a roll of over 100 children. Academically Jo has achieved BA Hons, PGCE, her professional work has taken her to more than 300 schools nationally. She is also a writer, director and actor working mainly in theatre, most recently appearing in a Kellogg’s commercial and 'Waterloo Road' for BBC.
